This year is almost over and we're looking forward to the brighter future in 2021. If visiting Poland is on your 2021 to-do list, we have good news for you. We understand how difficult it may be to make definite plans for the upcoming travel season, so we've introduced new, lenient booking conditions. Choose a date, confirm your booking and feel confident that there's a lot of room for flexibility if you need to change your plans.
A low deposit (only about 10 USD)
If you make your decision before the end of January 2021 to sign up for one of our small group tours, the deposit that we are going to require to confirm your booking is very low: only 36 PLN (about 10 USD). That's it. The deposit is non-refundable and guarantees your spot on the tour. There's no additional cancellation fee if you need to cancel your tour up to 90 days prior the tour departure date.
Our small group tours for 2021 include the 12-day-long Ultimate Poland Tour and the 16-day-long Polish Delight Tour. We accept up to 18 people on our tours. To learn more about the itineraries, dates and prices, visit our website.
Make your payment in three steps
You don't need to pay for the entire tour at once. The first part of the payment, that is to say 10% of the price of the tour (less the 36 PLN you paid to confirm your booking) is due 90 days before your tour starts. You pay the second part (another 10% of the price of your tour) 45 days prior to departure date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your tour begins.
Change the date free of charge
We understand that for a number of reasons you may want to change the date of your tour. We are flexible and we do not charge any fees for that, so if you need to reschedule your trip, just contact your tour consultant.

If you don't feel like traveling with a group, we can design a private itinerary for you. Just fill in this form and your tour consultant will get back to you to discuss your needs, plans and expectations in order to design a perfect trip to Poland especially for you. Having your tour designed by your RealPoland tour consultant is free of charge and if you decide to book the tour, again, there is a lot of flexibility in terms of rescheduling your travel arrangements.
